DCM is a next-generation tool for understanding crowd dynamics and emergent behaviour to help event managers and venue owners make better decisions.
DCM provides a complete picture of a designated space and crowd behaviour within it. This is achieved with visual indicators for key metrics, like Density, Flow and Crowd Mood, heat maps overlaid onto a plan of your site, and real time alarms, all integrated into a convenient dashboard.
The standard DCM dashboard includes information about crowd headcount within a defined area, as well as crowd density, flow and mood. DCM also includes multiple options for combining data from multiple cameras to get total attendance in a venue or part of it. This can be done either by counting people as they enter, or using cameras within the space itself looking at where people congregate.
For information on how to use the standard DCM product, refer to the previous sections.
