All DCM metrics, and triggered Alarms are available for export via an API. This can be used to export data for further processing and analysis in external tools. It also opens up the possibility of integrating with existing crowd monitoring systems, staff communication or venue message systems. For post event analysis, exported data could be imported into third party data analysis or reporting tools to create custom dashboards or presentations.
The API is secured using strong, rotating token based security. Each customer is issues with a unique security key, that allows them to retrieve a token valid for their project(s) data.
