Measurements

DCM’s three main measurements of crowds are:

• Density –number of people per square meter

• Flow –speed and direction of crowd movement

• Mood – observed mood from people’s facial expression(s)
  
  

Optionally, it is also capable of:

• Live Capacity reporting:       

Counting the number of people entering or exiting doors or gateways using “Across the line” counting and aggregating this count data to report live capacity within an entire venue, or defined sections, provided all entry points are covered.            
             

• Collecting data on group sizes and distances between people.
